Applied on Monday with @Afrihost on 26/10 for Fibre installation & made payment later in the day. 27/10 got a call from installer- @vumatel to schedule installation & received confirmation via sms & email. Today 28 installation done 2 hours earlier & 20 min later after installation. I am online Outstanding customer service and clean installation by Vumatel contractors.

Have been with Afrihost for a number of years now and even migrated with them to Fibre. They are very helpful and I would recommend using the Whatsapp support service as it works very well. We have had extremely little down time so their up time is excellent

So, in my view this is the best ISP. Their pricing is slightly higher than competitors but it’s worth it. I’ve never been left hanging with queries, there’s always someone who helps me on WhatsApp, telephonically or I can resolve the issue on clientzone (their website) been using them since 2019 and I’m very happy still at 2023.

How often can you change the numbers associated with Max Support?

You can change the numbers once a week.

Please note, in rare cases it may take up to 15 minutes for the number change to reflect, but in most cases changes will reflect immediately.
