We have made our losses with MWeb. Just started the process with Afrihost and we are amazed!! The customer service is great and get a response within a minute, MWeb is touch and go with hours of waiting periods. Phone MWebs customer care service it takes hours, but their sales department is on point, they’ll sell you something so you stuck and then you’re no longer a priority to them

Afrihost always goes above and beyond to help their customers. Where most companies were taking away from clients during covid-19, Afrihost was giving more (upping our connection speeds at no cost for a few months)

I've used afrihost as my isp for the better part of 16 years,all I can say is, if you're not with them, don't ask why, just move to them! You will not get better support anywhere else.
