I contacted Afrihost client service on WhatsApp multiple times and every time I was connected to a helper within 5 minutes of starting a chat. The people who helped us were patient despite the multitude of questions and always ensured to keep us updated on steps to follow as well as ensuring we are getting things right with constant follow up questions if we were still strugling or needed further assistance

Quick whatsap responses - usually able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue - but sadly today wasn’t a router issue but an a dual line issue which has to be routed to the vumatel provider to investigate and correct

No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!

We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!

As a new business I decided to use Afrihost as my website service provider, I however made the mistake not to order the correct package, Thulani assisted me on whatsapp and it did not even take 10 minutes to correct the mistake I made. I am so impressed, such customer service deserves more than just 5 stars.
