I've been using Afrihost for many, many years now. Unlike a plethora of other South African companies whose service, infrastructure and competence of their staff have gone down the drain, Afrihost has never disappointed. I've never had an issue with them – and that's more than I can say for almost any other company I've had to deal with.

I really love Afrihost and how seamless they are with their support.
I use to be with them but my current apartment doesn't have them as an ISP. I contacted them to assist my mom and they assisted so quickly. Unfortunately the matter isn't sorted due to loadshedding but I know if the problem was on their side they would've sorted it out already.

We have been using Afrihost at home fibre since 2019 & have had minimal problems with their service. On the odd occasion that there was an issue it was quickly sorted out via their WhatsApp. I definitely recommend them to all my friends

Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router.
All in all, great service and happy with my product.
